Let's leave "healthy at any size" in 2015
The higher your body fat percentage is past the healthy ranges, the less healthy your body is.
Now you can be a little overweight and not be horrifically unhealthy, I know that.
Let me give you some context though.
If you can run a mile but you still have like a 65% body fat percentage, youâre not healthy.
I commend those of you who are working out to try and better yourself but to fat-acceptance people; I donât care how hard you can work out or how healthy you claim to âfeelâ right now. The fat lining your organs and putting pressure on your joints, to name just two things, is not healthy in the long run. Ever. Youâre not healthy until you have a healthy BFP.
CASE CLOSED.
Letâs stop encouraging people that killing their body is okay.
Thanks.
