37: OK, So now you’ve watched Bad Blood....

39: a different place

So yea, a proper die-hard EU taylorswift fan might stay up for the #BadBloodMusicVideo to premier, but I can’t stay up that late tonight. But I do know the world tomorrow will be different. Tomorrow the world will have an epic Bad Blood video in it. I can’t remember when I was hyped so much for a music video. And I’ve been excited for lots of videos in the past. My expectations are high and I’m pretty sure the finished video will be a violent, beautiful work of art. It looks like it’s gonna be Taylor meets Marvel Comic Books meets Sin City. But better. This may very well change the world for a lot of us. :D 

Also, I like it because as fans this is something we count down to together, and after this Taylor’s world tour is gonna be insane and huge and she’ll be all over the world, first two shows in the USA, then off the UK and then back to the USA for a couple of shows and THEN it’s off to Germany and Amsterdam. It’s all speeding up now. So cherish the moment you watch Bad Blood. It will be the first thing I do in the morning.

41: dive right in

Today I went for a swim at one of my local swimming pools. That’s what I do when I want to work out. Sometimes I consider running, but I have to buy proper shoes first and I kinda like diving in the water and swimming. There’s something very meditative about it and it feels like you’re using your whole body (although probably not all muscles). 

So I was wearing the swimming shorts I bought on day 71 (when Blank Space was playing) so I was looking particularly stylish in them (although also a bit of a nerd, because that’s who I am). But how fitting it was that Style was playing when I entered the pool. :)

So when I bought these shorts it was Blank Space, when I wore them the pool today Style, next time: Bad Blood? 

We’ll see...

45: Baby *almost* we got bad blood :)

YES The Bad Blood video is gonna be epic, epic, epic. I love the stylish posters and the different friends taylorswift has recruited to fight for (or against?) her. I also really like the fact that Ellie Goulding is in the video, because I really liked her first album and she’s all sporty and would make a good baddie in the video :). In a fun way :D. 

Also Karlie Kloss is in there, which we could have guessed probably. AND Lena Dunham AND OH MY THE CAST IS GETTING SO BIG WE MUST BE GETTING A 8 MINUTE VIDEO, 4 OF WHICH WILL BE THE SONG OR SOMETHING.

Anyway, yes red-lip-classic-thing-that-you-like... You CAN be in the music video. And I’m pretty sure that one day I’ll make one. I have this fantasy that whenever I’m walking around, listening to music (or sitting on a train etc) that I AM making a music video. So you’ve got to make your (day) dreams come true right? RIGHT? Well, I shall, one day. :D All I need is a catchy song, or maybe we should just do a cover of a song we really like ;). What kind of role would you like to play in a music video? Would you like to be some kind of fighter like all the people in Taylor’s new video? Or would you like to wander around looking pretty like Taylor in Begin Again? Or do you want to be main figure in a big story? TALK TO ME! We could work this out! WHAT TAYLOR VIDEO (IMAGINARY OR ONE THAT ALREADY EXISTS) WOULD YOU LIKE TO STAR IN AND WHAT CHARACTER WOULD YOU PLAY??? 

I would definitely be the guy in Begin Again because then I would also have a nice camera and a jacket and everything (or the guy at the desk in Ours) (or just that guy in You Belong With Me). :D

47: My faith in you was... FADING

But it seems like you have to do a cover of Lovestory since taylorswift made a new version as well. AND YOU NEVER TOLD ME WHAT YOU ACTUALLY THINK ABOUT IT! What kind of friendship is this Stephen86? Huh?

Sorry I keep mixing things up and now we’re out of number order so here is belated 47 from me. I’ve been a bit stressed out lately with all the stuff going on in my life but I’m gonna play catch-up.

So this new version of Love Story is different good. Yes, it took me some getting used to as well, since I love the sound of the guitar on the original and the epic climax where I’ll usually go on my knees and “pull out a ring” ;). To be honest, it’s usually not actually a ring because I don’t carry any rings with me usually, but hey, usually it makes other people laugh. I don’t think I’d be able to do such a good impression with the new Love Story but the bit before the bridge is my favorite thing in the new version of Love Story. In the old version it’s the bridge that follows cos I always try to sing the harmonies on top of the song that’s  playing for the bit wondering if you were ever coming around...

So yea, I like it, red-lip-classic-thing-that-you-like :). And to answer your other question: It’s a one-of-a-kind friendship ;).

49: ok ok ok ok setlist guesses (no spoilers)

So, while trying to remain spoiler-free…I have a fun exercise for you and me. It’s called: CREATE-YOUR-DREAM-SETLIST-FOR-THE-1989-TOUR! And when it’s june 21 and we’re standing in Ziggo Dome, I suggest we freak out every time Taylor sings something from our list ok?

Ok. I’m guessing a lot of 1989 stuff - based on the setlist of the Red tour which mostly consisted of Red songs - and the greatest hits from before. Also I wonder whether the setlist will change. Perhaps she finds that some songs don’t work and they will be replaced with songs from other eras? In a way that doesn't mean she’ll have to rework the entire show? 

Soooo: The classics picked from a selection like: Love Story, You Belong With Me, We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together (like ever), Everything Has Changed and I Knew You Were Trouble. And then a selection of songs from the new album, and I’m rooting for the singles, Clean, How You Get The Girl, Baaaad Blood and All You Had to do was STAY. I don’t necessarily want to hear Welcome to New York live, but let’s face it: she’s gonna open with that, isn’t she. And it’s probably gonna be epic :). So I’ll be happy either way :). 

Ooh I’m excited now.

53: lullabies

Wiihooo! Red-lip-classic-thing-that-you-like returned and she didn't even tell me :)... Nice surprise ;). Welcome backish!! Right now I was just thinking what would make a good lullaby? Thought long and hard but I didn't have any immediate suggestions - apart from maybe Ours. Taylor's songs are usually catchy are very emotional, neither qualities make good lullabies. So I usually rely on other artists to sing me to sleep. But just now I remembered The Best Day!! How could I forget it? Ok so maybe it's not an archetype lullaby but it's a goodnight song for sure... Which btw makes me wonder what will be the closing song on the #1989worldtour... It probably won't be this, but I hope there are some sweet moments like this in the show... 56: Wildest Dreams

Okay, so what happens when the last thing you do before you go to bed to read and then sleep is update your TayDay Tumblr? You dream about taylorswift :). It wasn't the first time that I dreamt about her. My Taylor dreams are usually very nice, maybe it's because she seems very nice. I've had her appear in my dreams as a random person from my village where I was born, but tonight I dreamt about the 1989 world tour and Taylor was definitely Taylor. I think I had won a meet and greet and I took my friend with me. For some reason it wasn't red-lip-classic-thing-that-you-like, sorry, if I ever meet Taylor in real life I'll take YOU with me. So anyway, she was really nice although a bit businesslike, and I tried to tell her about the venue she was playing, although it was the Amsterdam football stadium and not the venue next door she is actually playing... So that was weird. Anyhow, at some point she borrowed my friends car, and orange Jeep, and she drove off at which point my dream stopped making sense altogether. Then I woke up. So I'm not entirely sure what to make of this. But I thought I'd share it anyway :). xSTEPHEN86
