I Don't Know Why
This song pretty much epitomizes life for me. I'll often find myself depressed about so many different things with no reason at all. In fact, I'll have so many good things going for me I shouldn't be feeling that way but it'll just hit me one day or for the week and I don't know why. This song really doesn't have a solution to the problem but rather it's a voice for any person that feels this way at any time. It's a song to listen to and know that someone else feels that way and they're just as confused as you are. I hope this song becomes a light in those moments for you.
Run Like Hell
Whether it's related to commitment issues or not, every time I get into a relationship I get scared and want to run away. It could partially be due to the fact that I don't think someone is truly able to care about me the way I am, good and bad.
There are so many different personality fingerprints every one has that makes them unique. Either you're a picky eater, you don't like to kiss that much, you'd rather watch netflix than go dirt bike riding...whatever it is it's scary to share with someone you care about. I tend to worry the things about me are unattractive qualities to have and I can't be accepted as a whole with them, but what I tend to forget is that these qualities are the one's that make me happy. I wrote this song about someone who is very special to me right now that accepts the in's and out's of who I am and really does make me happy. Now, instead of running away from myself, she makes me want to run like hell to her and everything that I am.
So I encourage you this month and for the rest of your life, find what makes you happy and...
