I came here to talk about my feelings. I wanted to write a haiku, but I can’t contain you in a simple 5-7-5.
You’re bigger than words.

why is ur blog all feminist-y and raced centered all of a sudden? i didn't mind when u talked about poor people but now you talk about al this political stuff and its annoying. please stop.
Seriously? This blog is called “tayotellsthetruth”.
Our world is such that certain groups of people: women, minorities, non-cis, non-straight, and others labeled as “others” are oppressed by normative groups. I’m just trying to educate the world about this. I’m just trying to educate myself about this. I’m just trying to to tell the truth. If you don’t like what I have to say, you can unfollow.
Also, I think it’s sad that you don’t realize that a lot of these issues and poverty are linked. Poverty is systemic! I would say that I’m sure you understand this concept, but since you seem to have a narrow view of race/ gender and the need to talk about these issues, then I won’t make any assumptions.
It’s people like you who don’t understand the reason to talk about certain “awkward” topics that make me mad! We can’t spend all of our lives skirting around the difficult issues. Without this sort of discourse, there can be no progress.

P.S. In the words of Miley Cyrus (queen of cultural appropriation), WE CAN’T STAHPPPPP
Don't put baby in a corner
Baby,
There is no such thing as
valuing yourself too much,
loving yourself too much,
or caring for yourself too much
in a society that does not
value, love, or care
for you at all.
Acknowledgement is the first step to being real.
Today someone told me that I should acknowledge my past relationships for what they are because at one point they were good (even though I tend to only remember/ focus on the bad).
Another example of how nothing is all intrinsically good or bad. Not people. Not relationships.
Relationships are experiences that can be learned from, but if you fail to acknowledge them in the first place, they can only act as a history that you are doomed to repeat.

Drug of choice: pure adrenaline
After everything I've been though in life, I am convinced that my heart is a vestigial structure--rendered useless through my evolution.
