“Nakauyon” Years back, the basilica invited me as a resource person of tuberculosis to lecture to the children, families and street dwellers around the church as one of their programs thru Sister Mary Ente which I met during my technical assistant work for IMPACT by PBSP funded by USAID partnered with Caritas Cebu. I tagged along a friend of DOH CHD Region 7 TB program Angeila. After the lecture was done, a certificate was given with this replica of the Holy Child of Cebu. We were elated when we accepted this gift. Today mom and I attended the adlaw sa hubo rite mass bringing the Santo Niño that the basilica gave me years back. We were one for the sponsor of the mass also. Thank you to the Basilica Minore del Santo Niño de Cebu and Sister Mary for inviting me back then.
