Watching the new episode now and I'm genuinely surprised by Tech and Phee's interactions and how them as a ship is getting pushed toward. Sweet to think of Tech eventually catching feelings for somebody. This show isn't really going to have all the boys have romance I'm curious where this is headed

Honestly we really need to appreciate the writers got this new episode. Not only did they not make Omega some uwu boy crazy female protagonist who just met a boy for the first time!!!!
They also didn't make any awkward jokes about a boy being around Omega. None of the Batch made any kind of classic toxic dad hey watch yourself kind of jokes.
In fact Hunter trusted Omega immediately and explicitly when Benni offered her to come with him.
Omega barely acknowledged him for most of the episode because he directly stole from and hurt her family. She expressed kindness to him because she is a kind person. They come out of it as friends.
Writers could have so easily fallen into so many tropes and actively avoided doing so because they don't want that for Omega as a character yet or even at all.
