Notes:

i dont recognize the signature for Kumanomi's illustration. However there's been a "マキさん" being credited for the past few omake so i'm almost sure that's the mangaka 円城寺マキ (Enjōji, Maki) cuz their handwriting is very similar to the one here in Kuma's illustration. I think this illustration was done by them, but tbc in future!

The official version didn't make this scene clear but Shishiba, Osaragi & Nagumo were playing rock paper scissors to see who'd deal with the mess. The closest translation should be, "Winner goes."

Osaragi won the game, so that's why she showed up later.

Tiny illustration error in chapter 147 for Sakamoto's t-shirt

He was last seen in chap 141 with a dark coloured t-shirt instead of a plain, light-coloured one. This will most likely be fixed in the volume version.

i could be dreaming but i think there's an illustration mistake in 140 because kumanomi has her arms back? and kanaguri has both eyes too now?

Yeah you might be dreaming for Kumanomi's part cuz her right arm is, indeed, not there. But for Kanaguri, I'm not sure thou i think it could be a glass eye in place. But high chance it's Suzuki-sensei forgetting about his injury lol.

Just like how sensei drew the wrong severed arm with Kumanomi in the lead colour page previously:
