What are the differences in training and raising for a child to become a programmer vs a handler as an adult?
The identification of individuals who could be potential programmers and handlers wouldn’t be completed until late adolescence.
If an individual shows strengths identified with either becoming a handler or programmer these strengths would be noted and built on.
Some of the identified strengths are; ability to follow directions, memory and retention, leadership, emotional competence, physical health, and communication.
