What is the process of training/programming a child to become a future handler? Would the child be taught hand gestures or programming phrases in the context of helping program/train other children? For background, we have army ties, delta and beta programming. Georgia, Alabama, Florida, 2001-2014.
A child (ages 6–13 years) would still be growing up themself and would be in training for their own system, and life.
A child may know hand gestures or programming phrases that are known to other systems due to the script used. Some of the gestures and phrases are commonly used as those who are unfamiliar with programming are unaware.
The handler ‘controls’ the individual, and has the access codes to the system, alters, maps of the system, and has limited involvement in the programming process as a whole compared to the programmers.
The handler will 'bond’ with the individual but doesn’t inlay the scripts, levels, administer psychotropics (for the programming session) etc.
If someone is selected to become a handler they are then trained/schooled in what type of handler they will become. This typically occurs when they are an adult.
