In keeping with the coincidental theming I would have had if I had remembered to do my TBT pushes over the last three weeks (Columbus Circle for Thanksgiving week and A Little Bit Of Heaven and Thin Ice for the first two weeks of December), this week sees Gerard Butler as real-life Machine Gun Preacher, Sam Childers, tackling third world adversities with a great supporting cast and perhaps too much Hollywood gloss.
