Well that was a letdown.. But it certainly seemed like truly a roulette-type of deal, hearing about other's replies at using the pink booth..

It's way too suspicious to leave unattended--sitting there, in the middle of the street, flashy pink and conspicuous. 

Unable to resist the urge, he dials 1 (his previous jersey number, go figure) and waits for an answer.

Huh...? A mysterious phonebooth, probably connected to the mayor on the other line. Upon entering it, a list of instructions telling her to dial a number...

Lucky number 1, she decides. Hey, what does she have to lose?

He hated playing games of chance without a fifty-fifty chance of himself winning. But of course, he felt like this was something he had to do.

He wanted answers-- But seriously, what an atrociously bright choice of colour.

Picking up the receiver, he dialed a single number.

Zero.

Nice had been staring at said booth for a minute now, wondering if he should even try. He looked around after he saw other people going up to it, some angry, and hey even one guy found some beads.

Walking up, he looked at the note and the numbers and dialed the number 8.

Miharu honestly didn't feel any need to talk to the mayor, but it might be a good chance to pass some time. He pressed five and waited for a response.
