与TCA3的第一次
想当然尔，哪有第一次就成功那么好的事呐。
昨天元旦，第一次跟TCA3合作煮咖啡，传说中的小山丘并没有出现，只见一片平地，烫贴地留在上壶底。
然后才发现又小器了一次，咖啡放得不够，水又太多了。咖啡太淡，也喝不到Body。
（掩脸痛哭~）浪费了那手抄的玻利维亚咖啡豆啊！
其实是一阵手忙脚乱。
我被TCA3的下壶很快就沸腾的热水吓坏了，然后手忙脚乱地把咖啡粉倒进去，又小心翼翼，不知该搅拌呢，还是等待，也不懂什么时候咖啡才算好了。
移开酒精炉之后，发现流下来的咖啡颜色，就知道失败了（掩脸）。
今天再煮了曼特宁，时间又煮得过长，味道太苦烈了，又缺乏层次感。是咖啡不新鲜之故吗？（矛头指向咖啡豆呵。）
想当然尔，失败是理所当然的，我跟TCA3还不熟，还在互相试探和理解的过程中。而这个过程，必定充满惊吓和惊喜。
