与TCA3的第一次
想当然尔,哪有第一次就成功那么好的事呐。
昨天元旦,第一次跟TCA3合作煮咖啡,传说中的小山丘并没有出现,只见一片平地,烫贴地留在上壶底。
然后才发现又小器了一次,咖啡放得不够,水又太多了。咖啡太淡,也喝不到Body。
(掩脸痛哭~)浪费了那手抄的玻利维亚咖啡豆啊!
其实是一阵手忙脚乱。
我被TCA3的下壶很快就沸腾的热水吓坏了,然后手忙脚乱地把咖啡粉倒进去,又小心翼翼,不知该搅拌呢,还是等待,也不懂什么时候咖啡才算好了。
移开酒精炉之后,发现流下来的咖啡颜色,就知道失败了(掩脸)。
今天再煮了曼特宁,时间又煮得过长,味道太苦烈了,又缺乏层次感。是咖啡不新鲜之故吗?(矛头指向咖啡豆呵。)
想当然尔,失败是理所当然的,我跟TCA3还不熟,还在互相试探和理解的过程中。而这个过程,必定充满惊吓和惊喜。
