It took less than a second....but it changed everything
It took less than a second, maybe half a second, but it changed everything. It took less than a second for two hydrogen atoms to fuse together and creat a huge jolt of energy. That's not the best part, the best part is: The energy produced was more than the energy put into fusing the two atoms. Finally, after a century of work there was a clean way of producing a lot of energy. This discovery would change the future of mankind forever. It would make things previously impossible possible and the unthinkable thinkable. Cities as big as London could be powered for years with a bottle full of hydrogen and it would be cleaner too. Much, much cleaner than burning tons of coal to get the same amount of energy. But we need to first start at the beginning........

My tragic flaw would be...
My tragic flaw would be that I think about karma too much, I always worry about karma when good things happen to me and I can't really enjoy that time because of karma, I will die of bad karma I think, karma's going to get me died because of worrying too much (seriously) I will die worrying about the bad karma I have in my body and get a hope that good karma also exist in my body and be confused than die. Another tragic flaw for me would be that I don't like going places to place too much, I will stay at home and die lonely when death comes to me, and I won't never go to the hospital when I think it's my death because I don't want to go places.
How superstitious are you?
I am not very superstitious person, I don't really believe in anything but I believe there is Karma everywhere, I have a day that is really good, but I have a day I really hate and everything goes bad.
My Tragic Flaw
If my life were to be turned into a tragic play, my flaw that would bring me down would probably be stubbornness. In the play, I wouldn't trust many people so even if someone told me something that will happen to me, I would probably not believe them until it made sense to me or I found out it was true. Although sometimes I might be able to survive, one day I would probably not realise that someone was going to kill me until it was too late. Even if someone had told me the day before that there was someone who wanted to kill me. However, although this might be my tragic flaw in the end, I think throughout the play this could be used to my benefit because I have to work out something instead of trusting other people that might not be so trustworthy. Therefore when I do figure out what is happening, then I know what I need to avoid and what the dangers are, instead of following a few words some people had said to me. But over time I might be too prideful and someone will probably manage to kill me. In which case my stubbornness would probably be my tragic flaw in my tragic play, but it could also be my saving characteristic. When you look at Dr. Who or Sherlock, the main character is usually very stubborn and likes to do things his way and not listen to many people and they seem to do ok. But again, it is a movie so my play could be different.
Are You Superstitious?
I don't think that I am very superstitious but there are somethings that I do that would probably be considered superstitious. For example, when I played tennis and I got a good serve from a particular ball, I wanted to use the same ball again. But other than sports I don't really do any other things that I would call superstitious.
The Boy Who Got Struck by Lightning.
Splash. Splash. Drip.
"Mom, 5 more minutes." groaned Isaac as he flipped onto his left shoulder. "5 more minutes." he whispered.
Splash. Thump.
"Stop tickling me." Isaac said as he wiped his face. "Huh?". Isaac opened one eye. "Ow." Something went in his eye. Now he was worried. Why was he outside? He looked around, and saw sheep grazing on the grass as their coats got soggy and wet with the rain. Then he remembered. He was taking out the sheep to graze on the grass and managed to fall asleep.
Isaac quickly got his stick, which was soaked and turned dark brown with water and ran off to gather his sheep.”Dad’s going to kill me for this.” he whispered to himself.
"That I am." said a voice behind him. Isaac turned around and pointed his stick at the figure. "Come on, what are you waiting for? Get the sheep before you catch a cold." Isaac sighed. It was his father. Quickly together they rounded up the sheep and headed home.
Then suddenly there was a streak of light, blinding both Isaac and his father. “AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH”. The scream pierced through the noise of the rain and thunder. It was Isaac. After a few moments his father, who was half blinded himself, struggled over to his son. “Oh no, no, no.” he ran to his son, half sobbing, half angry. He looked at his son, black as coal from the heat, his hair hissing and his clothes was nothing more than rags.
Then Isaac’s body twitched and his father stopped crying and looked at Isaac. “Isaac?” his father asked doubting what he had seen. Isaac groaned so softly that he could barely hear it, but he knew Isaac was still alive. The Father picked his son up, who was still very hot, and ran as fast as he could towards the house.
Isaac opened his eyes slowly. Everything was just a blur. He heard people talking next to him. He could make out his mother's and his father's voice, but with them was another voice. "....You said he was struck by lightning? Hmm, this is very interesting. Theoretically your son should be dead, no offence, but he's not. And when we scanned him his brain....."
"What's wrong with his brain?" his father demanded.
"Well, umm, we scanned his brain and it changed..."
"Changed?" he heard his father ask and his mother started sobbing again.
"Yeah....well you see, when that lightning struck your son, his body seemed to.....absorb the lightning. Don't ask me how but that's what we think. So the lighting was circulating in his body for a while after he got struck. That energy inside him seemed to have some effect on his brain...."
"Keep going..." Isaac's father said.
The person who sounded like some doctor sounded nervous as he continued. "Umm...from what I can tell, your son's brain was......umm, chemically changed. Meaning that, technically, your son doesn't have a human brain anymore. I don't know what that's going to do to him, or what he's going to be like, or if he's going to stay alive....oh I have to go to a meeting in about 5 minutes, sorry." Isaac could hear the door open then close again.
"Stupid doctor." his father said. "Don't know whether they want to study him or help him."
"f....a..ther?" Isaac managed. His father turned sharply around, "Son?"
"Where am I?" for every word he spoke his whole body seemed to tear apart, but he was determined to know where he was and what happened to him.
"You're in the hospital." his mom said as she sat down next on his bed. His parents seemed very calm and relaxed, the doctor must have said something.
Suddenly from somewhere Isaac heard "Oh look, wonder what happened to him."
"What was that?" Isaac asked, still feeling like a fire was burning inside his body.
"What was what son?" his father asked.
"That sound. Someone said, 'Oh look, wonder what happened to him.'". His parents looked at each other, "Nobody said that son." his father said slowly.
"Michael! Get back over here before you fall off."
"Again!" Isaac gasped, he said it too fast.
"Are you ok son?" his father asked, extremely worried.
"Yeah, I'm fine."
"I think we should leave him to rest, don't you think?" without waiting for a response she pushed his father towards the door. Just before they left, his mother called over her shoulder "We'll be back for lunch!".
Isaac sighed, winced, then sighed again. He looked around the room. It was a simple room, white wallpaper, wooden floors, a window on the right, and the door on his left. He looked out the window. There he saw two squirrels sitting on the branch looking in his direction.
"He's looking at us now."
Then it hit him, rather hard, that it must be those squirrels who were talking. No, that couldn't be right. Squirrels can't talk....right?
"Do you think we should go?"
But it had to be them, who else would it be. Isaac, rather quick to react, tried something. He pointed his finger at the squirrels.
"He's pointing at us now..."
"Or is he?"
Both squirrels looked behind them. "Holy." Isaac breathed.
