i feel my tcottk brainrot welling up and also i never properly talked it so... i'm bashfully recommending one of my biggest san guo hyperfixations, a korean webcomic called The Chat Of The Three Kingdoms, to any san guo fans who might be interested in an adaptation that digs deep into the characters' psyche and adds many exciting and twisted spins to their usual tropes. it's written with a lot of heart (and horniness) and it's illustrated beautifully

AA cao cao wouldn't be able to handle tcottk cao pi. he's too shameless to engage cao cao in this song and dance of filial piety. when cao cao expects him to bow and hold back tears and act proper, he'd crawl and cry and confess his devotion

in the case of tcottk cao cao and AA cao pi. well. um. letting that bad bitch who was going insane and losing people loyal to him get hold of such a good and proper heir.. he'd probably get him to piggyback him through a field of corpses while mumbling crazy stuffs into his ears, satisfied with his restrained reactions and with the fact that this was his heir. and he would be very honest with his satisfaction. and AA cried-at-the-slightest-compliment-cao-zihuan wouldn't be able to handle that.
