Hi, I'm a little confused when it comes to real names versus aliases? Do toxins refer to each other by their real name or the alias?

Depending on who a person is interacting to, and if they know them personally or not, Toxins normally refer to each other as their alias. Now, let me give some examples: 

Eve would be equally known as her alias and Juliana because she is a big city roller and a CEO. People who haven’t seen her and visit the Garden of Eden will know her only as Eve and will refer to her that way. 

Another example is Anthrax. When Anthrax was alive, not many people had seen his face as the leader of the Poisons, so he was always referred to as Anthrax instead of Ben. The only people who knew of his real name might’ve just been the gang if he hadn’t told anyone else outside of the group.  

All in all, the purpose of aliases is to protect an individual’s personal information. It’s kind of like how people knew The Flash as such instead of who he really is, Barry Allen. Or like Superman being Clark Kent. Some Toxins however, don’t take the aliases seriously but adopt one because it’s almost like this unsaid protocol. So it really just depends on the character and how much information they already know about the other. – MJ

where can i find a list of open characters?

We do not! We only have a list of both open and closed characters for each sanction on their respective pages. – MJ

When can folks app for a second character?

Players are welcome to apply for a second character after two to three weeks of ample activity! Since our roleplay, like many others, are dependent on activity, we want to be able to trust that our players can handle more than one character!  – Syd

Is it okay to have a muse born in Dertosa?

if we're applying for a skeleton and mention a connection to a taken character in the skeleton, should we mention the taken character's name or just their skeleton number?

You may mention the taken character! If you’re not sure, then simply put the skeleton number and we’ll fill it in for you. – MJ

So like can maybe down the line the bosses of the sanctions give their followers/gang members things to do. It'd be cool for plots and like giving people a tighter connection to the sanction they're in.

I don’t think that’s a bad idea! However, the only bosses of a sanction are Nightshade of the Poisons, Eve of the Flowers, and Moscato of the Drinks. Drugs work mainly for themselves so they don’t have a central boss that they answer to unless it’s Heroin with Drug #5 and Ambien at The Lab. – MJ
