“this is horrible news.” onderon was not the first planet to lose faith in the republic and join the separatists, but it seemed like a sudden move given its prior stance of neutrality. padmé stared at the article on the holopad for a moment longer before closing out of it, letting out a quiet sigh. “losing faith in the republic will not bring this war to an end any sooner.”
ALL SHE COULD REMEMBER AT FIRST was her fight with kylo ren and rushing to finn’s side as the planet around them collapsed. rey’s head hurt - it was pounding as she walked down the street and tried to figure out where she was and what she was doing there. what happened to the resistance? finn? kylo? everything was so loud until she stood in front of the jedi temple ( which she thought had burned down? ). strange. she thought it was a pull that brought her to this spot. but she couldn’t go in, her feet stuck in the spot she stopped walking in. it was beautiful. she thought she’d only see this kind of beauty in her dreams, like with the island.

Mal wandered around a small hidden venue, some black market trades had started and suddenly it seemed like every other low life in the Galaxy was trying to get in on it, although her and her brother were no better.
Sid was supposed to be meeting her here so she could give him a delivery she had swiped for him, nothing major some rare stones that could be sold to some jewelers although make did keep one for herself that some how she was going to make into something fun.
Mal waited by their meeting spot looking over the stone on her hand curiously, she couldn't figure out why they were worth so much but she figured Sid would tell her one way or another, when she noticed someone eyeing her stone though she slipped it into the chest pocket if her vest

Ulla hurried among the garden quickly, some of her students had told her that the temple had a visitor, usually Ulla was excited when she got new visitors and was able to greet new people but this time? No one had told her that anyone was coming.
Spotting the stranger she offered them a small smile
“I’m sorry for keeping you, I wasn’t aware anyone was going to be visiting the temple today.”
“Okay, I know we’re in the middle of a war, but why can’t everyone be friends, huh? Our differences aren’t so bad, are they? Sure, cutting things with a lightsaber is all good fun, but so is Sabacc!”
