Apple Tea Recipe
🍏 Ingredients:
2 cups water
2 apples (sliced)
1 cinnamon stick
2 tablespoons honey (or sugar)
1 black tea bag (optional)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
🍵 Instructions:
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and add the apple slices and cinnamon stick.
Lower the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.
Remove from heat, add honey (or sugar), and stir well.
If using a tea bag, steep it in the mixture for 3–5 minutes.
Add a splash of lemon juice and strain the tea into cups.
Serve hot and enjoy your cozy cup of homemade Apple Tea!
