#tea canisters

Some cute tea canisters I found at Marshalls.

I'm not sure this is a teapot, actually. I think it might be a canister for storing loose leaf tea, because I don't see a spout anywhere at all. (It is only one view tho.) I sometimes think about buying pretty tea canisters and looking all organized with my matching canisters that are all labeled and pretty... but I keep most of my tea in pickle or jam jars and I like the eclecticism. I'm pretty sure the lid of the jar holding my favorite tea says something about being crunchy cuz it was a pickle jar. Technically my tea would be safer in a dark container and that's part of my periodic contemplation of the canisters but I really like that my tea jars are all reused. I like having things that don't match. Drives my mom nuts but I just like when things don't match.

This particular tea canister is very cute and if it was $10 or less and I knew for sure what it was, I would consider buying it.
