fuck it, among us au blurb (Characters are All the Sides + Remy and Emile. Remy and Janus are already dead. Remy was killed by the imposter and Janus was voted off)

“Virgil?” Logan asked, raising a brow. Everyone was around the emergeny meeting table, coutesy of Virgil.  “I saw Roman venting” Virgil accused instantly. Roman, who had been looking somewhat nervous, froze. “What?!” He cried, “I saw you venting! I’ve done nothing!”

Virgil and Roman stared at each other for a beat before Virgil started talking again. “He’s lying, you gotta trust me. He’s the imposter, i saw him vent!” He said quickly, talking over Roman’s sputters. “Roman is looking kinda sus,,,” Thomas mumbled. “Wh- I saw Virgil venting! He knew I was coming so he accused me first!” Roman looked frustrated. Logan glanced between the two for a moment. “Where did you see Roman vent from?” He asked. 

“Electrical” There was no hesitation from Virgil. 

Logan fell silent, thinking for a moment. The only think you could hear were Roman’s shocked noises.  “I believe it’s time to vote. I’m going to pass.” He announced. Virgil grumbled “Ya’ll already know who i’m voting for”, while pressing on his tablet. Everyone else voted, with varying degrees of guilty on their faces. “You guys don’t seriously think it’s me” Roman murmured, a forced smile on his face.

Everyone watched the votes tally up on their screens. 

4 votes for Roman. 1 vote for Virgil. 1 skip.

Roman’s mouth dropped open in shock. “I’m not- I’m not the imposter you guys! How could you? Virgil’s the imposter- he’s lying! I’m telling you all-” Roman stumbled over his words. “Please- i’m not the imposter I swear! Virgil’s lying- I’m telling the tru-”

                                     Roman was ejected

Roman let out a shuttering breath as he opened his eyes. He was back on the ship? But how? 

“Welcome to the ghost show, where all the dead crewmates and not Imposters come to thrive.” Janus drawled from behind him. Roman spun around. “I’m a,, ghost?” 

“Yup. You can float through walls and watch everything happen. It also turns out that you can still do your tasks so,, have fun with that.” Janus floated past Roman, and went straight through the medbay wall.

Alright then. ‘I’m not going to do my tasks out of petty spite, so I might as well follow Virgil around and see if he was actually the imposter’ Roman thought to himself, going off to look for Virgil.

lapsang souchong is like this weird tea in my experience in that i seem to see it in fanfic all over the place but ive never seen it irl. lol tho its from Wuyi, i went there on vacation once and we brought back this healthy tea thing, i wonder if that was it?
