[Please, read this all the way through. I know it's long winded, But I NEED to get this off my chest.]

Some of you may, or may not know, the BBC news decided to blame DDLC[Doki Doki Literature Club] for the death of a 15 year old boy. The father was reported saying that the game "Dragged his son in" and that his son really liked the game. Now yes, that's really sad that a poor 15 year old boy... you know... but blaming it on DDLC is ABSOLUTELY wrong.

The game has a warning. The steam page has a warning. Shit, even the WEBSITE has a warning! It all says that "This game is not suitable for children or those who get disturbed easily"!

So, at this point, I decided to watch this BBC clip, and this only upset me more. They went on to blame the game even more so than the parents did, saying "This game is aimed for children". If they're saying Anime is for children, here's some examples of anime that is NOT for children:

Another

Higurashi no Naku Koro ni

The Flowers of Evil

Deadman Wonderland

Highschool of the Dead

Elfen Lied

Death Note

And the list just goes on and on and on. Now, two of those animes seem almost cute when you first see them. Puella Magi Modoka Magica is super cutesy until Mami is obliterated. And Higurashi no Naku Koro ni is kinda cute in a sense, and then, oh SHIT RENA HAS A FUCKING WEAPON! EVERYONE RUN, RUN BEFORE SHE KILLS YOU!

So, I don't see what the reporter meant when she said that DDLC is aimed towards children, when there's probably more effed up anime than non-horror anime.

Look, I'm not bashing the father for saying that DDLC dragged his son in, but it is his responsibility to monitor what the fuck his son is doing! I mean, hell, my dad monitored what I did on the internet until I was 17, and I never once complained because I knew he just wanted to keep my emotionally damaged ass away from anything that could really fuck up my emotional state more.

However, I will bash on the BBC for even TRYING to blame Team Salvato with the death of a 15 year old. They even said they tried to "contact" Dan Salvato/Team Salvato, and that they/he hadn't gotten back. So what? He doesn't owe you ANYTHING, BBC. Absolutely positively NOTHING. God, this is all just like Fortnite being called "too violent" for kids. Do you know what is too violent for kids?!

Call of Duty, Halo, Left 4 Dead, Skyrim, Resident Evil, Silent Hill, GTA, etc etc!

Those are too violent for children! And guess what, kids still fucking play them! It's just like how most of us played Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time and then this fucking bloodied dickhead pops up while you're in the bottom of the well under Kakariko Village:

Like, holy fucking shit, my dad warned me when I was little that Harry Potter might give me nightmares, but I swear on my grandfathers GRAVE that Dead Hand gave me more nightmares than seeing Voldemort on the back of Professor Quirrell's head or watching poor Ron puke up slugs.... Anyways, my point is, kids over the age of 13[which was how old you had to be in order to play the game. I mean, you could have lied about your age, but then you're just a dick.] can tell the difference between fiction and reality, so long as they're mentally stable. So, I feel like the game isn't at fault. This 15 year old was probably depressed, and saw nothing else in life for him, which is a really sad concept, and I do always say, if you are depressed, please, talk to someone you really trust and let them know what's wrong. It's better to let someone know, than to let it fester. I know from experience...

[Edit!! I just rewatched the trailer, and yeah, that shit has a fucking warning too. The BBC news even fucking PLAYED the trailer, LITERALLY CONTRADICTING THEMSELVES WHILST DOING SO. Here's some more tea SHISTARS, because we all love a tea spilling QWEEN!]

I just got back from my internship today.

Everyone greeted me with a LARGE amount of smiles and a LARGE amount of squeaks about my trip.

For some reason, I feel like I’m the only mouse in the wrong. My friends tried telling me that I didn’t do anything wrong, even if they had to pretend that everything’s gonna be okay. To me, I still find their hopes less promising... I still find myself thinking about how I should’ve done things better. I know now that It’s entirely MY FAULT for leaving. I should’ve never left. Now everything’s falling apart...
