Kakashi loves cuddling, and here’s why:

It solves pretty much everything. 

He loves being the little spoon. He loves being held. His life has been a complete and utter fucking mess since the first tragedy in his life. Being held by Iruka makes him feel loved. It makes him feel like he’s worth more than the sorry fucking state life has left him in. So returning home every night or after every mission means cuddles because home is not a place, it’s a person. Iruka is home. Home is love and acceptance and warmth.

Highkey super fond of post-war Kakashi finally being able to let go of everything and let himself relax.

Headcanon: post-war, Rokudaime Kakashi taking a page out of Iruka’s book and pranking the shit out of his subordinates. He can get away with it, naturally, which Iruka gleefully abuses to mete out varying levels of revenge on everyone. He can blame it all on Kakashi with little to no consequence (aside from a little boyfriend bribery).

When I started this account: Ugh somewhere in 2015? Tumblr wasn’t something I was into before then for reasons.

Why I started this account: I started my tumblr account for fandom (at that point I was playing mass effect and writing drabbles for it). Before doing tumblr stuff, my only interaction with fandom was through email/ff.net pms, and facebook. Now I have this shithole and discord.

I can't remember if I sent a message so apologies if so but... who do you enjoy writing more - Iruka or Kakashi? And do you have a fave trope you like to read and write? Ps I love your work ♡

Well that's a hard choice. Both are incredibly fun to write, and easy to fall into. It took me a long time to get a feel for other characters to feel at all comfortable writing them. But if I really had to choose between the two I'd say I really enjoy writing Kakashi.

As for favorite tropes... my normal go-to's are pretty different from fandom to fandom. But yall got me addicted to werewolf aus and I've also got a high key obsession with body swap au. (Among so many other things)

1. Your favorite fic you’ve written

Tough call, especially with the newer fics I’ve published. But if I had to choose a favorite, it would have to be Divine Intervention. It was fun to write and I really loved the unique fix-it idea.

2. Your least favorite fic you’ve written

My least favorite is probably Amrâd'abad. I wrote it to be a Halloween-ish fic (my first horror fic), and I did enjoy writing a lot of it. But I feel like I could have done better with it as a whole if I hadn’t tried to rush it. Also, it doesn’t have a pairing in it, and the overall lack of interest made it crash and burn pretty hard.

3. Your most popular fic

My most popular fic is Note Quite Legend. It was one I wrote when I first started writing for Bilbo/Thorin, when I was still trying to find my fandom feet. It’s also the one I’m least proud of now because it’s just blah. Honestly, that one might benefit the most from a complete rewrite but it’s not really a project I want to start when I have other things I need to finish, and more interesting ideas to write.

4. The fic you wish more people would read

I wish more people would read The Sands of Time on the Beach of Eternity. It’s another one of my favorite fics that I’ve written, probably one that I’m most proud of. It just feels really nice.

5. The fic you most enjoyed writing

I enjoyed writing my video game aus, tbh. (Witcher, Elder Scrolls, Fallout)

6. Your funniest fic

Pinchy! Pinchy! Hands down. It’s a fic I wrote for @moosefrog ‘s comic Pinchy! Pincy! I find both the comic and the ficlet completely hilarious. Would like to write more in the future, because this au is too fuckin adorable.

7. Your hottest fic

Let’s not talk about any of those things.

8. Your saddest fic

Hands down my saddest fic is Who Then Can Warm My Soul? Still not sorry.

9. The fic you’d like to be remembered for 

If I was remembered for any fics, I hope it’s either Sands of Time or Divine Intervention (or both, tbh). Those are my best feel-good fics, my best fix-its. Of all my works, I’m proudest of them.

Haven’t reached this goal yet. One day, eventually.

So the past, oh, two weeks (3? I don’t know anymore) I’ve been neck deep in an old fandom. The thing is, it got me thinking; mostly about my blog and the content I reblog, etc... My blog, since its creation has been solely a Tolkien blog, mainly posting hobbit content with some LoTR stuff. It’s something I have enjoyed for a few years now, and yall are the greatest thing since sliced bread, let me say. But in the however-many-weeks that I’ve been in another fandom (again), I’ve felt a need to post other things than just reblogging the same gif sets and stuff over and over (on top of the trickle of new content).

What does this mean? Tea, can you please get to the fuckin point?

What I’m trying to say is, I am switching from my Tolkien exclusive blogging attitude to a multi-fandom one. In the past, I have reblogged critical role stuff, as well as Witcher stuff. I want to keep doing that without feeling blah about not sticking to what my blog was originally made for. 

Okay, but...

Everything will be tagged with the appropriate fandom, pairing, and [spoiler] warnings! So if you don’t like what I reblog, or post, you are welcome to blacklist the tags you want! I want people who follow my blog to do what they feel is best for them, be it blacklisting tags or straight up unfollowing me if I’m not their jive anymore.

So uhh... I think that covers it.

25: Which one competes in some sort of activity and which one does the overzealous cheering?

Thorin would be the one competing (probably hockey tbh or some ice sport) and Bilbo would be the one (half-naked and covered in body paint in Thorin’s team colors) screaming himself hoarse.

26: Who takes a selfie when the other one falls asleep on their shoulder?

You know, it’s really hard not to answer both. But I think Bilbo would definitely be the one taking selfies. Gotta show the world how freakin adorable Thorin is when he does these things.

27: Which one would give the other a makeover if they asked?

Tough one, probably both as they both have different tastes/cultures. Maybe Bilbo does wanna give those dwarvish clothes a try, and Thorin would definitely look good in Shire style clothing.

28: Which one owns a pet that the other is absolutely terrified of?

Oof. This one is actually hard. I’m super into the headcanon where Bilbo finds and raises a warg pup. Thorin would probably be equal parts terrified and murderous.

29: Which one holds the umbrella over both of them when it rains?

Thorin, because he is the tallest of the both of them. Bilbo doesn’t want Thorin to get drenched.

30: If your OTP went on vacation, where would they go and what would they do? Who would take the pictures?

If it’s modern middle earth, probably Gondor or somewhere further south.

Otherwise, somewhere tropical because both of them enjoy beach time.
