Coincido en que a veces los profes somos un poco individualistas. Puede ser por cuestión de personalidad/preferencias  o bien porque desde las escuelas nos se generan espacios para el trabajo en equipo. Yo formo parte del Dpto de Sociales de mi Secundaria y los profes del área nos vemos muy poco:

1. porque tenemos distintos días asignados

2. porque trabajamos en distintas escuelas y no podemos juntarnos

3. porque las horas de "armado de clases" no se hacen en la escuela porque sencillamente no se pagan....
