Found myself in a crystal and stone shop today, walked out with a basic book on crystals/stones and a self picked crystal that is and will be around my neck until further notice. Since cleansing and wearing the crystal (I might be crazy) I’m able to take full, deep, clear breaths. I haven’t been able to do that in a very long time (anxiety sucks). If anyone on here has any advice I’m all ears!!
