uhmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm u wont even come to san deegy
music thingy from jiwan! 20 songs shuffled from my iphone no skips
1. Blow - Beyonce (*tongue click* FLAVOR)
2. La La La - Naughty Boy ft. Sam Smith
3. Why'd You Only Call Me When You're High? - Arctic Monkeys
4. Sweet As Whole - Sara Bareilles (Best sweet snarky song...one time I was pissed off in the living room in our suite about something and Tess started playing this and singing and dancing to it at me and I couldn't help but laugh and feel better. I mean with lyrics like "fuuuck that guy he's just an aaaasshole, that girl's a bitch" cmon. Also I put this on Kristen's "Fuck You" mix)
5. Wolf - First Aid Kit (I think I got this from Spotify as one of the sidebar suggestions of what my friends were listening to and I randomly clicked it and it was a cool song)
6. Happy Little Pill - Troye Sivan
7. Remember When - The Parlotones (So a few of my friends and I have recently gotten into making mix CDs for each other ever since one of them had said she has no AUX cord in her car and only a CD input thing, and so I had made this mix of our friends, with songs from/representing each of them. This one is from Zuri and is her favorite band that she showed me in her car while we were driving to a camping trip and I really liked the lyrics, it's a song about growing up)
8. Red Hands - The Dear Hunter
9. Kantoi - Zee Avi (Sarawak Malaysian artist! It's like a Manglish song that Lydia and I bonded over our Malaysianess)
10. Los Angeles - Peter Bradley Adams (I used this song for an AP Lit project LOL. But it's the song I hear everytime I get on a plane to leave for school, and I get really nostalgic listening to it)
11. Fierce Tears - Kenton Chen (so this guy was on the Sing-Off and was an alum at my high school, and he came and performed this at our concert once, and you can see that lit reference in the line "do not go gentle into that goodnight, rage, rage, against the dying of the light" Gala would be so proud LOL)
12. Cutty Love - Milo Greene
13. Where Does the Good Go - Tegan and Sara
14. Your Heart Will Lead You Home - Kenny Loggins (so my brother used to watch the Tigger movie like 10 times a week and it was about Tigger trying to find his family until he realizes his family was right there with his friends and this song was the credits song and as a child I was like "ah yes listen to this song when you're older and you miss home" and forgot about it for a while until recently and found it again and was actually kind of sad LOL)
15. The Keeper - Kina Grannis & Marie Digby (favvvv)
16. You Make My Dreams - Daryl Hall & John Oates (this song never ceases to make me happy haha)
17. The Real Slim Shady - Eminem (on the friends mixtape because Kristen can rap this whole FRICKIN' thing surprising us casually while driving to Seattle)
18. We Own It - 2 Chainz & Wiz Khalifa (this is from my workout playlist...)
19. Maximal Crazy - Tiesto
20. Drop the Game - Flame, Chet Faker (The cashier at TLT was singing along to this song and so I asked him what song it was and it was this haha)
Natasha and Terry I wanna see your playlists! Jessica I looked up some of your songs after reading your commentary on them hahaha :)

How to Make Birch Trees
Step 1: You'll need water, watercolors, some tissue, watercolor paper, a straight edge brush a detail brush, and masking tape. Cut making tape into strips and lie them straight on the paper. These are your tree trunks.
Step 2: Lay down a wash of light color and then build up intensity of color. You can use any color scheme. I was in a red/purple mood.
Step 3: WAIT FOR IT TO DRY. As you can see, I lifted the tape too early and it ripped the still-damp paper. So wait.
Step 4: To make the branches of the tree, lay down a droplet of purple-black paint and using a straw, blow that droplet in the direction you want the branch to go. To make them even more branch-like, go for a detail brush and make little sprigs coming off the branches.
Step 5: Using the same purple-black paint, take your straight-edged brush and feather out the bristles gently with the tip of your finger and then make grooves along the tree trunks.
Step 6: Let dry and enjoy the fruits of your labor.
