Hisao smiles and goes to wave at his friend, but stops himself before he embarrasses himself. It's not like anyone will know he did it, but it won't make him feel any less stupid. He instead goes to greet her in a calm, not too loud voice so he won't scare her.

Lilly Satou has passed away.

“Lilly? Really?” Jack’s eyes turned downcast. “That certainly is tragic. I’ll… need some time alone.” She walked into her office, thinking. Lilly was the type of person that everyone looked up to. Hell, even Jack did, in a way. She had a level head on those shoulders. Jack wondered what would become of Lilly’s Pokemon as well. She’d have to visit Yamaku again, to offer her condolences and to find out the date of the blond’s funeral.
