Another sub-30 5k!
Started slow and planned to do a long run but was feeling strong and decided to pick it up and see if I could beat my last time. Almost pulled off a perfect negative split but I struggled through the last km. Also accidentally set the incline to 8% mid-run and slid to the back of the treadmill lmao I keep thinking I need to program in the race route with inclines so it'll shift automatically in practice because that hill in the third km is murder and I don't want it to feel as awful this time around.
Even pushing my high aerobic training harder garmin still has my training status in maintenance. Gotta start upping my treadmill time with some longer runs and bike rides.
Off to trivia tomorrow since the weather is supposed to be good and will get in another 12ish km on the bike 🤸

1.) Am an littol forest crëchure, no harm to you, I sleep in the sunlight and harvest mushrooms for monching
2.) I have a hidden cottage with lots of pretty flowers and I recycle old glass bottles into garden decorations, and I have a lovely table full of shiny things ive collected
3.) MUD. MUD AND ROCKS. SPLASH AND CRUNCH AND GET MESSY.
