Character Design: Sam the Villain. A very mysterious, very angsty fellow is seen around Bird City after the capture of Chrono Comrade. Who IS this man? and WHY is he so. . . angry? He has the same butt-chin as ForeFather. strange.

Character Design of Fourtune 500. He is so rich that he doesn’t even need to fight. He summons an army of droids to do the fighting for him. Every now and then he broods about some childhood trauma. He is secretly plotting to use the Doomsday Time Machine to take over the country.
