Character Design: FourCaster. Forecaster by day, FourCaster by night! With her magic microphone she summons all kinds of weather conditions both known and unknown to man and woman. All she has to do is say the word.

Character Design: Sam the Villain. A very mysterious, very angsty fellow is seen around Bird City after the capture of Chrono Comrade. Who IS this man? and WHY is he so. . . angry? He has the same butt-chin as ForeFather. strange.

Character Design of Fourtune 500. He is so rich that he doesn’t even need to fight. He summons an army of droids to do the fighting for him. Every now and then he broods about some childhood trauma. He is secretly plotting to use the Doomsday Time Machine to take over the country.

Layout of Bird City’s Financial District. ChronoComrade has used his Doomsday Time Machine to gather weapons from the future, to rob a bank. He is stopped just in time, and Team Force Four once again have glory.
