Perki the Chespin

Perki is a traveler who lives in Freshbreeze Town along with her partner Teri. She's been all over the place and seen so many things, all she wanted was a bit of downtime and relaxation... then the Phase Event began.

As someone caught in the initial blast, she has the ability to Phase into her later evolutions at will, and has learned to wear loose fitting clothes for that very reason.

While initially asked to become part of Team Kaboom, she declined the offer as she didn't wish to become burdened with actual responsibility. She likes to help, but being on-call all the time is... exhausting. She cheers on her friend Rookie all the way, though!

Breezian Sneasel

Type: Ghost/Poison

A unique breed of Sneasel that manifested following the Phase Event in Breezy Valley. They feed on the emotional energy brought forth by reminiscing on memories, and as such, tend to gather around public spaces at night where a lot of memories have been made.
