In aviation - it seems everything is about the next step, the next category of time- always chasing the next type of experience - they say get that PIC time than get some multi turbine time than get multi turbine PIC time (got over 2500 of that thanks to my years of doing king air Medevac) than get that jet time than some jet PIC time. Than depending where you want to go - get jet time over X amount of tons. It never ends. Well today I got to tick off another box - now have 1000 hours as captain in my CRJ regional jet.
