Sometimes, no matter how many #deep #breathing #exercises I do or #meditational #music I listen to, the best prescription for me is just letting myself #feel all that #Ifeel, cry, & #letitgo. #CancerWoman Yesterday's blood transfusion was particularly stress-inducing with almost every single thing going wrong & I handled it far better than I ever had in the past. But the physical exhaustion is what gets me. Literally #feeling weighed down & moving like I'm under water. Having #feelings of just not wanting to feel this physically weak plus I had my baby nephews who slept over & I couldn't engage & play with them as much as they wanted me to after coming back from the hospital. The physical struggle weighs on me mentally which I then let me bring me down emotionally. Exhausting in every way. But I'm learning to take those really strong emotions & not dwell in them. Like I tell my nephew, it's a choice. It's okay to feel sad, but it's a choice to stay there. Do you want to create a happy life or a sad one?
