The New Year has arrived guys, you know what that means! It is time to seize the moment and to be the best that we can be. This is not only to perfect our bodies as individuals but to us as human beings and to have impact on our home called, Earth. Some people come me a motivator while other call me a Fitness Maniac but overall I am a normal person who uses fitness to bring people together. As we closed out the year, there was a lot of hatred towards each other as a human race. We need to learn to forgive and allow forgiveness to become the new "F - word." So I am doing what I do best and that is using fitness to bring people together. Come join with me as I embrace a journey to remember the fallen. This is a Law Enforcement Blue Ribbon which is 118 miles run/job to represent the 118 Officers who paid the ultimate sacrifice. I will be conducting this event with a rucksack to symbolize the burden that the families that endured and after the completion of each mile I will stop briefly say a prayer for each officer and recite a bible verse for each officer. The route I have chosen is was designed to take the shape of a Remember Ribbon and the goal is have people lined up along the route and on Friday, January 23, 2014 at 9:00 pm EST, we hold blue lights to illuminate the route to a BLUE RIBBON! To everyone who wants to support the event and cannot make it I will be broadcasting all activity on my fan page and twitter so please monitor and send me a message of motivation! Another thing for the blue light vigil I encourage you to take picture of you holding a blue lighted source and post it on your Facebook and/or Instagram with the hash-tag #OperationBlueStrong, #MaxFit and ##TeamEspo That gives us three weeks to spread the word so please SHARE this on your page!
