I was kindly gifted these incredible @macromeals_uk 14 meals, 2 protein pancakes, 4 overnight Oats and 6 carb killer bars! Yum!!
They have really helped the past couple of months expecially for the convenience factor because I was able to freeze them, the best meals are ones you haven't cooked!
