"Man, Mari is wonderful! Not only is she extremely pretty, but the way she can handle organizing an entire team is just amazing! She's very skilled and powerful, and overall just good at what she does! She gives great speeches too! Its a joy to watch her fight, and the fact that she's training under Beerus and Whis just makes her even more impressive! And the fact that she's all strong yet still has a good personality is just so..!" She lets out a squeal.

(from @teamnovazone) Mari@Veni: “Veni!I haven’t seen ya at the time nest recently…are…” she trails off as her expressions turns confused with a hint of concern when she notices her outfit, and most important, the wand she had in her hand. “Veni…? Are you….alright? did something happen..?”
Ever since she’d broken her ties with old friends and considered herself ‘bad’ now, somehow Mari’s concern made her genuinely sad. She quickly hid the wand behind her cape, but realized it was too late as Mari had already noticed.
“I’m...fine. Just trying something different. It might make you a little disappointed, maybe even upset, but I just couldn’t take being so helpless and suffering anymore..I hope you understand Mari..”
The green and white reptilian alien straightened himself up, glancing down at the Saiyan as he prepared himself to list off some key things to keep in mind.
“Listen well, if but for a moment...”
“The pressure of being the head of a group is natural. Everyone awaiting your command and thoughts, knowing that your next move would either be beneficial or disastrous... that is why I recommend honing yourself, and bridging relations between yourself and your cohorts.
Practice a solid, professional tone, one that begets respect as well as a sense of tranquility in the heat of a critical moment. When you falter, so does the morale of your team. This can be mitigated by leveling concerns with those who are closest to you well before your next mission. They may even offer to help you in turn.
Speaking of cohorts... talk to them. Know them. Understand one another’s skills, abilities and preferences, and make accommodations as you see fit.
When your companions cease listening to you, when they no longer offer feedback, that is when your status is in peril. Never hesitate to listen to concerns and feedback, as well as voice your own.
And lastly... disclose any and all plans of action and integrate any feedback that seems plausible. You would do well to have plans of retreat should matters grow dire. A leader’s job is not just to guide everyone through tasks and see success, but also to ensure their safety. When you show you’re putting their well-being in mind, more people will trust you. Nothing ruins a team more than lack of coordination... could be costly. Deadly.”
Izotz sighed... goodness, that was a mouthful, but despite his tone, it could be told he meant well. He readjusted his glasses as he glanced at the Saiyan one more time.
“It’s through these thoughts and practices that I managed to bear it all. Don’t be discouraged if it doesn’t come right away, for it never does. Certainly that suffices... do you have any other questions?”
