Ever since she’d broken her ties with old friends and considered herself ‘bad’ now, somehow Mari’s concern made her genuinely sad. She quickly hid the wand behind her cape, but realized it was too late as Mari had already noticed. “I’m...fine. Just trying something different. It might make you a little disappointed, maybe even upset, but I just couldn’t take being so helpless and suffering anymore..I hope you understand Mari..”
