Day 1: Kasandra's Departure
I woke up with my eyes so heavy. It was too early in the morning to be awake. The air felt different as I stepped outside. Something wasn't right, and that was because my best friend left not too long ago. The day felt long and clouds rolled through the sky. My lifeless phone blankly staring at me. It was a gloomy day. Droplets fell from the sky as if the clouds were crying because she has gone somewhere far. When suddenly my phone greeted me once more, it was her. She texted saying she got there safely. It was a sign of relief and now I must go to a deep slumber knowing she's safe.
