Its back to work minus the monday blues.
Since I’m on my own work schedule for the next two weeks, I left in the afternoon for a lunch picnic in the park with friends. It made me really thankful for the opportunity to have met them through this job. Usually for me, jobs meant just being close in the work space. Therefore, there was not much of a relationship built beyond that and often times it dissolves once people leave.
Yet through the various times a new member joins the team or the layoff that removed half the team, we still remain close and it has always been a good time with them.
