If I had to pick a favourite thing about avac civil war it's that literally no one is on board with it except those two idiots. No one. They let Steve and Tony know they still care about them, because everyone except themselves can see how cut up they are about losing each other's friendship, but they're not leaping on the bandwagon, they are sensible and love them both and for that reason are taking zero shit. I love it.
