Want to drop fat? A calorie deficit. Protein around 2g per kilo of bodyweight. The rest of the deficit spread between carbs and fats. Essentially: FAT LOSS = Calories in Minus BMR NEAT EXERCISE = Fat loss if negative calorie balance. Most people falling don't realise that calories in are often miscalculated and under counting what they are eating. Not losing fat? Not in a deficit. The other area people forget is 'hidden' calories - add in fat for cooking, a little milk here and there, a bite of this here and there stops the negative calorie balance. Fat loss compounds, including illegal ones (not that I care they are!) only add a few percent difference. You HAVE to nail calorie loss via deficit in calories taken in. resistance work and cardio only chip away a little bit on top of this. #teamwild #teamfarah #bodybuilding #teamwildconditioning #teamwildapproved
