Exactly, it got to the point where I unfollowed all of the blogs that posted it-- this was even before I knew what a trigger was!! I am completely in support of your no-spo, because I only follow healthy blogs without it subconciously! 10/10! <3
10/10. Much quality. Very support. Such good. Wow. :)
(i'm so sorry i just. it's late)

I definitely used to use those photos as "oh my god I must be them" and I thought that was healthy to motivate me, but all it did was bring forward disordered thinking. I didn't realize that I was avoiding bodyspo on my blog until your post!
I didn't even know other people avoided it really until I started being really impacted by it and made some "urg I'm so frustrated!!!" posts... Realized that a LOT of people actually avoid it and wished they could find more blogs without a lot of bodyspo on it, which is what inspired the post (actually I wanted to do the post primarily for the promo- so that people understood what it was that I was trying to avoid).
I'm all fine with people who want to post bodies, but I get concerned when people post only one type of body for motivation to look like that because to me, it was always unhealthy, and it probably always will be.

And his live stuff is JUST as good (if not better) than his albums. And he has realllly good songs, listen to 'Fragile bird' and 'Body in a Box' b/c great lyrics. <3
Fragile Bird sounds SO different from The Girl. Not bad different but obviously the sound is just very versatile. It's kind of dark- not a bad thing- but holy shit. You are my favorite right now because this is like everything I love.
