Interdependence || Ryuuhou
It's been hours now since Snake first awoke in the facility and found himself branded, and he could at least come to a few conclusions- one being that he was not alone (and whether that was a good thing or a bad thing, he was bound to find out soon enough), the second being that he was definitely trapped here, and the third? Something wasn't quite right about the brand on his wrist.
Or was it just him?
Throughout his walk he had felt things that couldn't possibly have come from him; mentally and physically. It was probably just from the change in environment and his fears of being trapped again, he thought; upon relaying that to the snake coiled loosely around his neck, the snake agreed and told him to stand firm- that the feeling would go away with a bit more exploring.
It did not.
Slightly panicked, Snake became less interested in exploring the outside of the facility and more interested in returning to his room to get some rest. Ignoring the pleas from the reptiles slithering on his person, Snake turned on his heel and began to backtrack, making his way back to corridor 3.
Whoever had taken him here had done more than he thought they did; swallowing thickly, Snake quickens his pace until he reaches the door he had originally stepped out of to start initially exploring. He had not closed it, but...it was shut now. Placing a hand on the doorknob, Snake tentatively twists it open and steps in, walking slowly to the bedroom. Was someone here...?
Walking into the bedroom, Snake slows to a halt, staring at the stranger in bewilderment.
Who was that?
