Nintendo has filed a lawsuit against Yuzu, a Switch emulator, and its developers Tropic Haze, for allegedly infringing on copyright laws. But don't worry, Tropic Haze is disputing the allegations and has sought legal assistance. The defense may focus on the legality of emulators, which only become a copyright violation when used to play illegally copied games. However, Nintendo argues that Yuzu enables the playing of unauthorized copies. It's no surprise that the emulator community has both supporters and critics of Yuzu, but we can't wait to see how this all plays out!
