DIGITAL FLAT SKETCHING in ILLUSTRATOR

TECHNICAL SKETCHES_Garment Flat Sketches
I’ve been practicing my technical flats! These are about 2.5-4.5 inches high and all done in ink, traced over a pencil version on another sheet of paper, with the help of a light box. There’s so much fine detail work! It’s not perfect, but I’m steadily developing and refining my skills. It’s an integral part of the design and development process in fashion, so I need to know how to do it and (hopefully someday) do it well.
All of the sketches are based on pieces from Baby, the Stars Shine Bright. ☆゚. * ・ 。゚
