i think the most danger ive ever gotten into on the internet was when i was chatting with some teens on AIM (AOL Instant Messenger) who were from places in europe like italy and germany and belgium and the netherlands when all of a sudden i got angry messages from one kid's father using her account demanding to know where his daughter is (she ran away from home briefly to be with her boyfriend who her parents do not approve of) and getting pissed off when I told him i was 12 and living in canada and not knowing anything and then signing off
our mutual friend later told me that he was mafia or something so
guys the call came from inside the house - LITERALLY
cw blood, gore, injury, (accidental) workplace violence, dismemberment, death, horror themes, and slightly dated and budgeted practical effects

the thing that really gets me about callout posts is the way some people are just like "btw plz don't harrass this person because bullying is bad UwU anyway here's their social number phone number address and photo identification u know what to do ;)"
as if driving on a regular-ass road wasn't terrifying enough
