Technoforce offers different kind of Thin Film Technology including Evaporator, Dryers And Short path distillation unit. The Evaporator include  Agitated Thin Film Evaporator [ATFE], Dryers include 2 types of Dryer  like Agitated Thin Film Dryer-Vertical [ATFD-V] And Agitated Thin Film Dryer-Horizontal [ATFD-H].

AGITATED THIN FILM EVAPORATOR (ATFE)

An Agitated Thin Film Evaporator (ATFE), also known as Thin Film Evaporator (TFE) or Wiped Film Evaporator (WFE), consists of a jacketed shell precision machined from inside and a rotor having blades that maintain a close clearance from the shell. A feed distributor at the entry point distributes the liquid in a thin film on the heated wall. The high speed rotor further spreads and intensely agitates the film as it flows down. The generated vapors flow countercurrently and get cleaned by an integrally mounted entrainment separator.

AGITATED THIN FILM DRYER-VERTICAL (ATFD-V)

A vertical Agitated Thin Film Dryer (ATFD-V) has a centrally located rotor having closely fitting blades. It rotates in a precision-machined jacketed shell. The feed is converted into a thin film, which is intensely agitated due to action of the high-speed rotor. The feed material goes through phases of slurry, paste and wet powder, before coming out as a dry powder.

  AGITATED THIN FILM DRYER-HORIZONTAL (ATFD-H)

A horizontal Agitated Thin Film Dryer (ATFD-H) has a centrally located rotor having closely fitting blades. It rotates in a precision-machined jacketed shell. The feed in the form of solution, slurry or wet cake is converted into a thin film, which is intensely agitated due to action of the high-speed rotor. Depending upon the nature of the feed, it goes through phases of slurry, paste and wet powder, before coming out as a dry powder.

 SHORT PATH DISTILLATION UNIT (SPDU)

A Short Path Distillation Unit (SPDU) is also called as Molecular Distillation Unit. It is distinguished from a standard Agitated Thin Film Evaporator by an internally mounted condenser. The vapor generated on the heated surface travels a very short distance to reach the condenser surface, thus eliminating pressure drop. Operation under fine vacuum down to 0.001mbar is possible.

On the contrary, it is the rule rather than the exception. On the Techno scene this is only natural. One of the counterparts, with the right training, focuses on the professional record production output, while the extroverted one faces the raised fists of cheering fans on weekends and tries to relax with some quiet time on weekdays. Arnd Reichow, part of the duo Drumcomplex, has been an example of the second type all his life. Daniel, who holds a degree in sound engineering and who is also Arnd‘s brother, is an important support privately as well as professionally. There could hardly be a better way to complement one another. Who has not at some point asked the question „How complex can Techno be?“ As far as Drumcomplex is concerned, the answer must be: Techno can reach a degree of complexity that gets the utmost out of studio work and live performances through a perfect division of work – and has been doing so for the past ten years and more. This is also reflected in the discography: These two cover a range of prestigious Techno and TechHouse labels that would have others drooling: MB Elektronics, Phobiq, Different is Different Records, Toolroom Records, Railyard Recordings, Resopal Schallware, Definition Records, SK Supreme Records, Techno League Rec, K:lender. Firing on all cylinders, and an emphatically recommended sound system since 2003 is the upshot of all the hard work in the studio which has earned the label mass movement phenomenon over many years. And what about out there, in front of the crowds? This will raise a smile on the face of anyone who has ever seen Arnd perform in front of a crowd. And why? Because one might well ask the question how, after 20 years of DJing, someone can be so light-hearted and levelheaded in their approach at the same time. Maybe it is just that magical spark from the first hour of Techno‘s unspoiled core that flares up at each of his sets, and always illumines the crowd a little bit as well. All that acting up around the DJ booth is certainly not for him. Arnd is the DJ who does not disappear backstage to sip champagne when he is done; he is the fan who celebrates the records of the next act together with the rest of the crowd. It is this open and honest style that brings this „Drumcomplex“ to people in such a simple manner, so that no one in the crowd is able to resist its almost childlike charisma. By the age of 14, his interest in synthesizers and record players had taken over. His desire to become a DJ was no longer just a dream. He was completely determined to achieve his goal. Soon afterwards, as his career progressed, a sequencer programme, record player and mixing console were his constant companions. After a few gigs, it had become quite obvious: Braunton is the colour of Techno and he rocks the crowd! Ever since, computer-generated music has been an essential part of Braunton's life. After completing his vocational training, he decided to go deeper into the “matter of music” and began to study “Audio Engineering”. He graduated from the SAE with honours and received his “Bachelor of Arts.” This education enabled him to set foot into the music industry professionally. He produced his first release Fleischwerk in cooperation with Mario Ranieri. The same year, he released his first video, backed by the prestigious label Schubfaktor Records. Today, Braunton is considered a rising national talent - not least because of his performances at major events such as Beatpatrol Festival. His technical finesse and feeling for tracks has brought him quick recognition in the business, as well as more gigs nationwide and abroad. At events like Devils of Love, Schranz Total, Boink, DFR Label Night, Booom, Fruity, Exsclusive Clubnight and many more. Braunton impressed with his minimal but impelling underground techno. He has also performed with Ida Engberg, Frank Kvitta, Submerge, Klaudia Gawlas, Stigmata, Loco and Jam, Pet Duo, Felix da Housecat, Gustavo Bravetti, Joachim Garraud, Lützenkirchen, Mario Ranieri, Paul Kalkbrenner, Paul van Dyk and many many more. Braunton has also displayed his technical “know how,” and has earned international respect on tracks with labels like Schubfaktor, Sisma, Oktant, WLA, Syntex, Real Tribe and many more. He has also worked on remixes for A.Paul, Martyn Hare, Luke Creed, OTF, Joakim A., Rootless and many more for which he received highest recognitions. Soon, he will launch his own label: Burnout Audio Records.
