Nigel Allan – The Story of Nigel Allan
Nigel Allan is a business professional and entrepreneur with a range of experiences that makes him an expert in a number of fields. Allan’s key area of interest and the area in which he does much of his consulting work is multi-level marketing (MLM), a unique marketing strategy that many businesses are implemented to huge success. MLM drives sales because not only does one receive revenue for one’s direct sales within a corporation, they also receive compensation for the sales of people they have recruited to be members of the sales force. As an expert, Nigel Allan has founded several MLM strategies and networks on his own. These projects also make him one of the top consultants in the world of marketing.
Allan began his involvement with multi-level marketing while working for Herbalife International in Los Angeles. Herbalife is a global nutrition company that employs MLM strategy to massive success. It was during this time that Allan learned the methods and effects of MLM strategy; he then took his experience to London where he worked for L’Arome as an independent distributor. It was during his time at L’Arome that Allan achieved one of his greatest successes: he generated a downline - a chain of salespeople - that consisted of 14,000 people. This level of collaboration with MLM was unprecedented at the time and Allan left L’Arome at the top of his game. He next worked as an independent distributor for Lifestyles UK, where in one short month he was able to earn over $25,000.
Then, in the early 1990s, Allan stopped taking sales positions as an MLM expert and instead turned his attention to higher leadership. Because of his track record, he was recruited by the MLM Company Enrich International to be the VP of Aeon and the VP of Training and Operation. Allan took on multiple responsibilities during his time there, functioning as a spokesman for a new skin care treatment and developing packaging, design, and sales materials, as well as training staff. But he was never satisfied.
Eventually, Allan took his expertise and became the President and Co-founder of TechNoire Laboratories based out of Vancouver, Canada. During his time at TechNoire, his knack for innovation helped him create a line of “chirally correct cosmetics”, which use active compounds for skin care to bring results to customers. Allan, now the President of Geon Ltd., is a giant in the world of MLM marketing. His track record of success speaks to the innovation and creativity he brings wherever he goes.
