the thing about the whole neil gaiman thing is i don't want it to be true so he could be proven innocent. i don't want it to be true because no one should be tortured, trafficked, and raped the way he's accused of having done.
this blog compiles research that contradicts the allegations. the writing is quite obviously biased towards him and not very professionally presented. but it is thoroughly investigated with many links to vast sources of evidence to support their claims.
they are also not enough to acquit gaiman of any of the accusations against him whether partially or completely. even with a second side to now consider, there's no definite way for us outsiders to know everything that had happened. i might have to eat my words one day for even bringing this link forward. certainly, if the shit he put people through did happen, by all means it should all come back to him and the people who helped him do it tenfold.
but until that could be proven, i want to hope and maybe share the hope that it's the much, much lesser of two evils that is true.
