Ray’s face goes red as soon as he sees that painting.

“our differences are quite a large issue in themselves, master zenyatta.” but she is not going to complain; not as she lifts the rifle and rests it upon her shoulder. her finger tightens around the trigger, though it does not yet pull.

she could step back. athena could let the monk be overran as she makes her escape; it would be killing two birds with one stone. make a martyr for her children, ensure that the world knows who they are, while also removing a powerful enemy from power. it would be the kind of move she had once made, when omnics bowed at her feet and gold dripped from her fingertips.

a powerful crack shatters the silence, and an or15 falls to the ground.

Public gardens were always something Nell found comfort in, the feeling of simply life all around her from the quiet voices of people across the way to the poppies and lillies just at her feet, it put an ease into her not easily made by much else. 

So at ease, it startled her a bit when the omnic approached, as without footsteps to announce it, she slightly jumped when he stood...sat nearby. 

“Oh, f-forgive me! You uh- I didn’t hear you come over.”

   currently, they’re a bit occupied with cleaning their crossbow. the others presence is noticed, but the calm energy he brings gives eidolon no reason to stop what they’re doing. a few glances are given every now and again, though they weren’t the best at multitasking. at least not when someone is watching them.

   “hey.” the cyborg breathes, it wouldn’t hurt to start some small-talk     while they had the social battery for it. “m’not here to hurt anyone,     if that’s what you’re thinking.”

"It's ok little guy, just hold still." Anette said softly as she unwrapped the wrapping on the rabbit's leg. She had been taking care of the rabbit since she found it in an abandoned trap a few weeks ago. Today was the day the leg should be fully healed and allow the rabbit to return to the forest.

"There you go, try not to run into anymore traps ok?" She chuckled lightly as she set the rabbit down and watched it hop away deeper into the forest. She had assumed that she was alone but she realized that wasn't the case when she noticed her cybernetic dog K-9 was looking at something behind her.

"I apologize if I'm trespassing." She said as she turned around, the soft voice she used turning monotone as of she has repeated this line before. "I'm a veterinarian and was just releasing an animal into its original habitat. I'll be on my way momentarily."
