Moto G5S Plus Now Receiving Android 8.1 Oreo Update with June Security Patch Moto has started rolling out Android 8.1 Oreo update for all Moto G5S Plus users. The update brings new features alongside the latest June security patch as well. With the update, the Moto G5S Plus gets new multitasking features, notification controls, improved data saver, etc. The update is arriving over-the-air (OTA), and you can check for availability in your region by visiting Settings > About Phone > System updates. Lenovo Appears to Be Working on Yoga Book 2 Pro According to a new listing at the Bluetooth SIG website, it appears that Lenovo is working on the next generation Yoga Book. The listing talks about a new Lenovo Precision Pen that’s designed to work with an unannounced device called YogaBook2 Pro. There's no word on what new features the latest model will bring to the table, but it is expected to be a convertible device with pen input. Airtel Launches Rs 299 Voice-Only Prepaid Plan With 45-Day Validity Airtel has launched a new voice-only prepaid plan that offers unlimited calling without any FUP (Fair Usage Policy) for a period of 45 days. It comes with a price-tag of Rs. 299 and also offers 100 SMSes per day, but doesn’t offer any data benefits. According to TelecomTalk, Airtel is offering this new plan as an ‘open market plan’ throughout the country, which means every one of its prepaid customers in a specific region can recharge with it. Moto Hub Experiences Coming to Reliance Digital and MyJio Stores Across India Motorola India has announced a partnership with Reliance Retail Limited as part of which the company will establish Moto Hub experiences in over 150 Reliance Digital and MyJio stores across the country. The partnership plays a major role in the company's offline strategy in the country, as part of which Motorola has already announced over 600 Moto Hubs since the beginning of the year. Every Nokia Smartphone Will Get Android P Update, Says HMD HMD Global has confirmed that all its Nokia-branded smartphones will get the Android P update. OnePlus 6's Face Unlock Fooled by Printed Photo; OnePlus Suggests Using a PIN or Password A OnePlus 6 user recently put his new smartphone's face unlock system to test and discovered that it can be fooled by using a printed photo. He captured the whole process of tricking the OnePlus 6's face unlock system on a video and posted it on Twitter. When OnePlus was reached for a comment, the company responded "We designed Face Unlock around convenience, and while we took corresponding measures to optimise its security we always recommended you use a password/PIN/fingerprint for security. Facebook Was Late on Fake News, Says COO Sheryl Sandberg At the code conference, Facebook COO Sheryl Sandbergand CTO Mike Schroepferfaced questions on all of the issues the company has been facing lately.
