Ted Fick: Government Agency Leadership
Ted Fick was initially recruited by the Port of Seattle with the tasks of delivering pricate-sector business expertise, driving job creation, forwarding environmental stewardship, and scaling operations to an underperforming, $600 million government agency. Under his watch, Port of Seattle experienced its highest profitability ever, making more than $260 million in net income on $600 million in revenue in 2016.

Ted Fick: Work History at Paccar
As professional at Paccar, Inc. from 1983 to 2000, Ted Fick advanced through positions of increasing challenge and complexity on a fast-track leadership program. During his tenure, Fick became one of only five Paccar employees in company history to attend and complete the company-sponsored MS Management program at Stanford University. He left Paccar in 2000 as Kenworth Director of Sales Strategy.

Ted Fick: Former Tire Manufacturer VP
Ted Fick enjoyed success as VP of the Commercial Tire Systems department at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from 2001 to 2003. Fick, who was recruited by Goodyear to turnaround the $1.7 billion business unit, oversaw a $65 million improvement in profit—as well as a 20% increase in the division’s OEM market share (truck, bus, trailer and RV OEMs).

Long before joining LTA Manufacturing as CEO, Ted Fick served as President at Thermo King Corporation—a multimillion division of the Bloomington, Minnesota-based Ingersoll Rand. In this position, he led the development and launch of the highly-successful Tripac auxiliary power unit—an item that delivered more than $92 million in first-year sales alone. Fick also implemented a Lean cost-reduction strategy that reduced inventory costs by $22 million.

Ted Fick: Brief Tenure at CPI
Between 2007 and 2008, Ted Fick served as President and CEO at CPI Card Group, Inc.—a Littleton, Colorado credit, debit and gift card manufacturer. Fick was recruited to this role to drive company expansion and reposition the firm for prospective public offering. During his brief but successful tenure, CPI Card Group experienced an increase in EBITDA from $16 million annually to $33 million annually.
