Carlos knew it probably wasn’t a good idea to be smoking in the house, but fuck it, it was far too cold to actually go outside especially this time of the morning. So instead he found himself hunched over some papers, the cigarette dangling precariously from his lips as he continued to go over everything, still attempting to catch himself up on everything that had happened while he was gone, important factors and figures he needed to know before he truly started working in his role.
Glancing up when he heard someone walking into the room, clapping his hands happily when he saw it was Teddy. “Teddy!” He exclaimed brightly, quickly dabbing out the cigarette in the glass ashtray that resided beside him and smiling welcoming at the other male. “I was hoping we could finally sit down and have that talk, just so you can fill me on everything I need to know to help run the family, if you have the time, of course?”
